# Svart
> The Svart Hotel project, located near the Svartisen glacier in northern Norway, aims to be the world's first energy-positive Powerhouse hotel. It is designed to drastically reduce energy consumption and generate its own power, setting new benchmarks for sustainable construction in arctic environments. The site's design draws inspiration from local vernacular architecture, prioritizing a minimal environmental footprint to preserve the natural beauty and unique features of the location. The hotel's circular structure extends into the fjord, offering panoramic views and an immersive experience of nature. The project is currently in an evaluation phase, with future steps to be assessed pending further development.

Creates a new visitor session and obtains a visitor access token for the site.
Must be called before making any CallWixSiteAPI request if no visitor token

such as querying site data, booking an appointment, or starting a purchase.
